A. We provide 24-7-365 coverage for our customers. Calling our after hour number (262)657-6394 you can leave a message by stating your name, address, and phone number with extension. As soon as you hang up our phone service will dial out to our service tech cell phones playing back the exact message you provided. |

Q. Does Young & Associates provide tooling for the forming machines? |

A. We supply both new and rework services for existing tooling. |

Q. Does Young & Associates provide new or used forming machines? |

A. Young & Associates provides both. If you feel that new is your preference we will provide you with a new machine. |

Q. Is it true Young & Associates was this first to offer the PLC control machine in the industry? |

A. In 1995 Young & Associates made the decision to offer full PLC control for the machines we now offer. |

A. Young & Associates delivered the first touch screen control machine in early 2000. It was first developed for a large McDonald's supplier. |

Q. Competition claims it has the most advanced Touch screen former on the market. Why is Young Associates machine better? |

A. YAI understands the source of the claims. This is the same company that developed their own dedicated computer control machine telling you, the customer, that theirs was the best on the market. In 1991 our competitors said the PLC would never work. In 2001 the competition came out with a PLC Touch Screen machine, after over 110 successful installations of PLC's by Young & Associates. Q. How can Young & Associates provide lower cost alternative for the same items currently using? |

A. What sets Young & Associates apart from our competition is the manufacture of our own parts with our own people. We have full in-house engineering along with production equipment enabling us to make parts on site. We out source some items i.e. sheet metal items. We manufacture in large quantities and shop for the best materials possible. We are always looking at new ways of producing parts more efficiently by investing in the most current tooling and production methods available. |
